What do pickles, Pumas, and postcards have in common? (No, this is not a lame joke.) Or, what do shamrocks, bell jars, and peacocks have in common? These are the fabulous details of a few of the weddings we have photographed in 2013. Steven and I do our best to make sure we notice and account for these. We believe it is important to document accessories, apparel and decor; the last minute speech-writing, tie-tying, limo-riding images. From significant tangibles to the little moments in-between the obvious ones, these details to matter to you and they matter to us; and we celebrate how a bride and groom incorporate their personality, style, quirks, heritage and hobbies into their wedding day. Plain and simple, Steven and I photograph the investment and log hours you have spent in prettying-up your most important day:

Steven and I have had an incredible year – the weddings we have been blessed to be a part of have provided us with a beautiful 2013 portfolio. In fact, it was very difficult to limit our favourite images to under 1,000 for our bridal fair slideshow! This year we photographed in new locations both locally and regionally, battled crazy weather in all the seasons, and shared meals with entertaining guests. We have been invited into the homes and lives of so many lovely couples, photographing their intimate wedding day moments as spent with closest family and friends. The photos below are such a tiny sampling of our 2013 portfolio, and we hope you enjoy them.

Thank you to our wonderful clients who trusted us with their most important day!

Can’t sing your praises enough, Unveiled. Matt and I and our friends and family were SO pleased with the photos you took. From our engagement shoot on a frozen March lake to the classic Kingston wedding day shots where it threatened rain but held off until we were done shooting, each shot was made special by your expertise and subtlety. You were just so great to meet and get to know. Glad to see we were lucky enough to make it into the mix :)ReplyCancel
