What an amazing day in the Odessa area for Emily and Josh’s wedding! The weather held, other than the wind, and even through a last-minute change of venue there were little to no hiccups. Some pre-ceremony images were taken on the local Babcock Mill. Our first time shooting in Emmanuel United Church – it was open, airy and Reverend Steve was a pleasure to work with. Formal photos along Simmons and Maple Roads provided us with breathtaking shots, and then we finished off the evening at the Odessa Fairgrounds. It’s always so enjoyable to watch the bride and groom really soak-up the day and take it all in after the earlier formalities.

The answer is nothing. There is nothing cuter than a baby in a fox hat. Two houses and two children later, we reunited with our past bride and groom, Ashley and Gary. A soft spoken and gentle couple, they invited us into their home for an afternoon to photograph sweet baby Preston. Preston allowed us to pose to his little body however we needed and particularly, I love the results of how we captured his profile – so soft and round. Big brother Marshall watched us closely – never too far from his baby brother, and although Marshall was shy with us at first, he also allowed to snap a few quick photos. Thank you Macphersons for having Unveiled photograph your beautiful family!
